Refund policy

If something isn't right with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

How to return: Email smart3rinnovations@gmail.com with your order number. We will send you return instructions. Please wait for those instructions before sending anything back, because items sent without approval cannot be accepted.

Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items: Contact us within 30 days of delivery and include a photo of the problem. We will replace the item or refund you, and you will not pay for return shipping.

Change of mind: You pay the return shipping cost. Original shipping was free, so nothing is deducted for it.

Refunds: Once your return is approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take longer to show it.

Cancellations: You can cancel at no cost at any time before your order ships. Email us as soon as possible.
